Well, I really enjoyed all of Zahn's SW books, but the Jedi trilogy is good as well. The X-wing books are awsome, but you MUST read them in order, or you will be terribly lost and you have to read them all at once or they lose their enjoyment factor.

So...

If you want to read nine books for the next while, read the X-Wing books (I liked them), or go to any of the other books that you mentioned, I read them all (except Cloak of Desception and Approching Storm) and they are all really good. If you really get into this, read the New Jedi Order Serise, and hopefully you will not want to kill the first book like I did, ask Chiad why.

That is all form me!
