It's late, but for some reason, when I hear 'flag-dancing', my mind does the word association thing and comes up with 'lap dancing', and then I'm thinking about a stripper doing that whole pole thing, only now it's a flagpole. I will never think of Old Glory the same way again.

For some strange reason, the term flag-dancing also makes me think of the times we would decorate the May Pole at Sunday school when I was a wee lass.

So now I am associating flag-dancing with strippers and the U.S. flag, and that with the May Pole romps of my childhood.
