It *is* highly illegal, much moreso than for you to post her mindless stories on your page. Funny that she had this planned even before she found out who "Evil Writer" was. :/ Yes, she's the paragon of virtue.

A word about her threats against you. She's way too dim to hack your computer; I guarantee that. She might have a friend or two who does know how to do it, but you would know about it. And then her ass would be in jail really quickly, because internet crimes are serious.

But aside from that; about her threats to sue you? Never going to happen. The most she could do is have your web server take your site down. That's the most she could do. Also, if she was going to sue you, then she would have to travel up to where you live; not the other way around. I know because I brought a suit against someone on the internet once. No, they weren't just teasing me and saying that I was dumb. (Sob sob, LQ. I agree with whowever it was that said that if this is the biggest tragedy of your life, you're pretty goddamn lucky.) No, these people were coming to look for my house, threatening to kill my pets, do awful things to my parents and my *much, much* younger cousins, and rape me, and they got my phone number and started calling my house at all hours. Why? Because they didn't like it when they found out that I was part NA. Besides the point and tangential. Anyway, my point is that I know whereof I speak, and she would be the one who had to travel if she was the one bringing a civil suit.

Plus, LQ is way too stupid to know how to even start to file a complaint. And trust me when I tell you that even if someone explained it to her, even if they were there holding her sticky little hand, she still wouldn't get it.

Add that to the fact that no one in their right mind, and no sane lawyer would even hear her case, and you've got one case of snivelling, bedwetting, shrieking LQ who has no recourse.

She doesn't seem to get the fact that, yeah, it's impolite to steal someone else's work and host it on your site, but when she's done so much worse to so many other artists and writers (how many pieces of work has she stolen now? Four? Five?) then all bets are off. She's a well known art and story thief. She's shameless and stupid, and I'm glad to see her taking it on the chin. Evil Writer, go on, ya! ^____^
