Yeah...I had issues when I was working at a nursing home too, because I would tell my family stories from work, but I'd at least leave out last names. There was a fairly strict privacy policy there. And I'd try to avoid telling anything too personal to anyone outside my family, and I'd never give names.

I wrote a story once about my experiences in the nursing home. I told true stories, but I changed all the names, of course. Sometimes you have to tell about your experiences, but a person's privacy is very important. One of the worst things about getting old and losing your health is the indignity and the humiliation of it all. I know this first-hand, from several different experiences.
