After much research into the episode titled 'jeepstar' I've come to the final conclusion that a Jeepstar is in fact the technical name for that stupid piece of hair (or 'timmy') that hangs under Omi's eye.

Other than that...i'll need to find a version of episode seven where they actually have subtitles so I can get more of what they're saying (although I suprised myself at how much I could pick out of the raw version!)
