Subject: LQ Admits to Ripping Off Heat in Hyrule. Details on the 11 o'clock news!

And I do quote (typos and all):

To shed some light on an otherwise dim subject:

First off, I'd like to say this is not a place for harassment. I don't appreciate this public post, and would have perfered a private message.

As for "Heat in Hyrule"...
I read this story three or four years ago. This was four months prior to my derivment of MIL. At the time I was still developing my style of writing. After reading HIH, and keeping the authors sytle in mind, I was given new insentive on how to approch sensual aspects of my story. To put in words less confusing: I used the author's style of writing as a basis, and basis ONLY.
I have never heard or have been told that a fic containing more than fourty exact words is 'ripping-off' some one else. That in itself is riddiculos. That would logically mean that every single fic written by any author would have been copied from another. I don't think that's very likely. Do you?

Now I'm going to ask, or rather tell you, that you need to leave this board. If you want to talk to me-do it directly. Quit playing games.

Now, being a writer, let me tell you... even if you do tend to 'borrow' a certain writer's style, do you tend to copy over entire sentences and then just change a few words here and there to make them slightly different?

I didna think so.
