I've placed orders with aznfilms.com and have always received my dvds quickly. When items were on backorder they were shipped seperately at no additional cost. I've also spoken with them on them phone and they were very helpful.

I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with them.

They have a real store in CA, I would suggest trying to get your money back through legal means.
