 I made a deal with a person from a website. to be basic enough. i paid my dues. and now this guy all the sudden doesnt have the quick responses to my emails BEFORE i even paid for my cell phone. so now im screwed over by a person overseas. and i want to know how i can persue legal action for this matter.
