I agree there Maureen, the Church is for the people, just like this site is for the people to express their views and opinions without the “Gagging” from the SNU. It is a pity the SNU don’t read this site and take from it the principles of it, it is this principle for “THE PEOPLE” and use this to run their churches properly.
I and others have heard a person “slagging” off another Church, to Wendy and she was encouraging this, to sit and allow a person in the office to “slat” Runcorn Church is low, my question would have to be “why?”
Although I don’t practically like Runcorn, and they themselves have had terrible trouble with Linda Marshall’s interference, to allow “poaching” on another Church to “up” ones own members is disgusting and not Spiritual one bit.
I have heard that Linda Marshall has been thrown out of Runcorn, other churches such as Wigan WarringtonWidnes Birkenhead Wirral and many others will not book her, but Daulby does and still does, so one has to ask themselves the question of “who is lying here”, you only have to go to the extravaganzas to see Linda Marshall “Lording” it up, or open circle etc, or better still look on Daulby’s web site for the mediums booked. So the comment made by Martin is untrue Wendy and Linda are still good friends, Wendy opting to choose Linda’s friend’s to run different events for the Church.
The SNU have the “power” to stop her from doing this from there very own rule book, the Church is still under supervision by Kath Grundy, so what is it Kath Grundy is suppose to be doing? During a committee meeting when Kath Grundy first came after Linda Marshall was thrown off the district council and out of the church, she said she was there to “guide” and not to interfere , same thing the secretary said to Linda Marshall when she was interfering with committee decisions but was “pulled” down by Wendy at that time, why because Wendy is close friends with Linda. I have personally heard Wendy saying to the secretary then that Linda has done a lot for the church lol I have to agree there a lot of corruption she did lining her own pockets with events money. but enough said on this, my question to the SNU has to be ”why are you allowing Linda Marshall to carry on running Daulby with Wendy, helping her and abve all why is she allowed in the office to do the money” when she has been up in Court recently for fraudulence, her house raided and also including benefit fraud.
I do say to anyone reading this to go to other Churches such as Widnes Wigan Warrington there are many good Churches around there is a wonderful saying I once heard “lay down with dogs you get up with fleas” so to all the vulnerable people to steer clear of Daulby they will suck you in with their falsehood, I and others have heard Wendy in the back talking about other peoples problems, revealing their actual problem and gossiping about them not only in the Church but, outside as well. The SNU really need to get off their fat backsides and do something quick, they shut down Birkenhead for less as mentioned on here I say to the SNU STOP HIDING THE TRUTH FROM PEOPLE THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE RUN THEIR CHURCHES
