Lets not forget the other incident that I’m sure you’d be interested in one one eight and Christine, at one committee meeting, I and two other people had written to Coulston over this workshop contract we had gotten a reply from him saying that Wendy could not do this as it went against the rules and regulations, Wendy and Linda were in the office with the door shut before the start of the meeting, Peter was “chairing” that night.
This contract was bought up and Linda nodded to Wendy who got up and read a letter she had got from Coulston which was totally different to what he had said in our letters, it basically said she was allowed to run the workshop according to her rules etc. One other committee member there was very astute and asked if the letter had been posted to the Church, Wendy said it had, this person then asked why the letter had “no fold lines” in it , something others hadn’t noticed. Wendy panicked so did Linda and Peter when we showed our letters and we asked to see the letter for our selves and the signature and we asked for copies, Linda snatched the letter from Wendy and put it in a folder, and said we didn’t have time to go over it as there was other important business to discuss.
Wendy had made a huge mistake as she is not as experienced as Linda, that’s when we realised Wendy under Linda’s supervision was typing out letters supposedly for Coulston reading them out and would not show us the contents of the actual letter its self. We again wrote to Coulston and he said he had not sent or written any letter to Wendy or Linda on this matter, I for one intend to believe him as none of us were allowed to see these letters from Coulston, but Wendy & Linda would often read them out on different matters we bought up in committee meetings.
