Subject: Developing Mediums

Sunday, I leant my support to a 'developing medium' as they undertook their first, solo Divine Service, at an 'out of town' church.
It was refreshing to see a young face working the platform, not that I get to many churches or, indeed, attend one regularly, but it spurred me question-

1)Are churches doing enough to develop 'mediumship' potential, other than through awareness / open circles?
2)Are they promoting such potential to other churches?
3)Indeed, are other churches willing enough to invite them to work the platform, even if to go 'dual' with an experienced medium, rather than relying upon the well known and established mediums?
4)Is there too much 'formal certificated' accreditation and 'man-implemented' criteria.
