If it was him acting on his own then the person should write to the centers management asking for at least the reason for them being refused admission and the ability to lodge an appeal.if none of this has been done then the person could have grounds to put a complaint for discrimination. As regards to a 16 yr old attending a seance.if this is in the center then the safe guarding officer should have stopped the seance from happening as it would be inappropriate to hold a seance in a youth club.
