How do you know that the disagreement was over getting paid for cleaning? Will another warden be installed soon? Perhaps Theophilus was kicked out so that 44 Parkfield bldg would finally be empty and thus easier for an "accident" to happen, such as an electrical fire or burst water pipe.

Let's bring this back to the root of the problem:

Terry Forsyth, aka "Terrence Forsyth", who picked Theophilus years ago and installed her as warden who acted as his right hand, eyes and ears.

Forsyth has repeatedly said that 44 Parkfield would be worth more if the bldg can be gutted and then turn the bldg into flats for sale.

It's all about money for Forsyth, so alienating former members, mediums, mismanaging PTS into the ground is standard operating procedure.

For God's sake, he's responsible for the physical deterioration of 44 Parkfield under his watch as President since 2008 and as a building trustee since 2001. He could care less about spiritualism.

The problem with the warden started with Forsyth and he instigated it. Remember, it doesn't take very much to piss off Theophilus anyway, she always makes a mountain out of a molehill; consequently she's angry more often than not.

Next question is: who wants to guess when 44 Parkfield will get mysteriously gutted by a fire or "accidental" flooding by a burst water pipe?
