It is not the forum's fault. A number of Spiritualist organisations have become morally bankrupt, and this forum reflects this with negative posts. People have become cynical because they see other Spiritualists involved in corruption. The forum has changed because this corruption is frustrating and people need to make their views heard. Views which otherwise would be muffled by the weight of the committees who are more interested in selling training courses than working with congregations.

Disgruntled Spiritualists exist due to either misunderstandings or injustices. Either way the organisations are failing to either communicate clearly or administrate fairly.

People are always falling out. This generates gossip. The only way to stop gossip is to publish facts. The organisations seldom publish facts and the void of information fills with gossip. That's why newspapers were invented, to inform. So in a nutshell, it is the lack of factual public relations generated by the Spiritualist organisations that breeds gossip.
