Author: Penny Wilson [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 10:11:15 06/07/12 Thu In reply to: Penny Wilson 's message, "Re: Complaint from "Chris" ..." on 18:33:14 05/15/12 Tue On the 29th May, my solicitor’s sent a letter to a certain CSNU individual asking them to cease with immediate effect their publishing by verbal means, disparaging and derogatory comments as a criminal action would proceed…..a letter from my solicitor was also sent to the President of the SNU asking them to deal with this matter immediately …… An e-mail from myself was sent to all SNU/NEC/TRUSTEES and District Council members on the 1/5/2012 with regards to the maligning behaviour of the District Council secretary, up to the 29th May, I have not received one response or acknowledgment to this; as they have each chosen to ignore this e-mail, and possibly this terrible behaviour of one of their own committee members; they had left me with no other alternative but to proceed with a solicitors letter hoping to stop this viciousness….. It is extremely sad when you have a person/s who proclaims and have stated “They work wonderful for Spirit” have to be sent a solicitors letter in order to stop their terrible and vicious behaviour, one would certainly have to “question” their statement and their spirituality …. My solicitor has been made aware that an individual from a certain Church have possibly given out to the public my personal details, however, if individuals continue with this malicious behaviour, disparaging or even heard making derogatory comments with out cause against myself or family, please be aware I will not hesitate in proceeding with a action against that individual…… As the SNU have deliberately chosen to ignore my email/complaint about the behaviour of their District Council Secretary and have also yet again ignored their own “code of conduct” relating to one of their members…..I haven’t, nor will I tolerate this behaviour from a self proclaiming “Spiritualist” …..I just hope now this will be the end of the matter concerned.
