Subject: Creating AVI from BMP frames?

I seem to be stuck creating an AVI file out of the BMP frames I rendered. I tried using "Buildavi.exe" which comes with "VistaPro" but it wont accept the BMP's.
(may be due to the frame size I rendered) I have Adobe Premiere 5.0, I just have to figure out how to get it to compile a folder of BMP's and turn that into a movie I guess. Any tips would be appreciated.
