Hi, I am looking for a summer sublet in Ithaca from the beginning of June (or earlier) to the beginning of August. My price range is in the $300~$400/month area. Things I need: single occupancy apartment (aka: studio, or single), parking space, some furniture (bed, desk, etc - nothing too fancy). Things that would be nice but definitely arent required: AC, internet, utilities included.
