are winding down
they went so quickly
weren't we just
talking about spring?

stop to take
a breath
and a short vacation too
counting down the days
six, seven
One, two, three
just a few days to
relax and spend by
the sea

Summer is winding down and opening it's way for Autumn to rush in.
