~making sure they are out of sight, Kharnak stumbles over to where they were sitting, looking down at the golden glint on the ground, and at the mud-encrusted one on his hand, then drops his head, leaning up against the tree for support, his legs feeling weak all of a sudden...he puts his head in his hands, unaware of the univited guest that has shown up right in front of him...~ "Whoever you are, get away from me." ~he says in a shaky voice, not looking up.....whining sounds are heard next, and Khar lifts his eyes to see the white wolf sitting right in front of him...the wolf picks up the ring, holding it in his mouth, whining more...~ "What good would it do? The minute she sees me she'll get her dratorns to rip me to shreds, you heard her!" ~the wolf seems to anger, then nudges him, whining again...Khar re-burries his face, not saying anything this time....the wolf get this 'Ill just do it myself' look on its face, figuring Khar is too guilty to move...the leader of the pack trots up the trail where Gama went, holding the ring in its mouth...~
