~Eve wakes up to the sound of feverent conversations coming from the room next to her....she tip-toes around the corner, and see her newly-arrived father stamping around the room, apparently angry about something, and he and Khar are argueing loudly~ Khar:"THE LEGEND SAYS MT. ALECRAST! THAT'S WHERE WE FIND IT!" Vegeta:"ARE YOU NUTS?! THAT's WHERE THE REST OF THAT THING'S KIND RESIDES! THEY WILL OUTNUMBER US IN AN INSTANT! I DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE HELPING EZORIEL HIMSELF, BUT IVE HEARD THAT THEY WILL ATTACK ANY THREAT TO ONE OF THEIR BROTHERS!!" Khar:"THEN WE ARE SUPPOSED TO WATCH EVE, YOUR DAUGHTER, GET SLAUGHTERED, AND WATCHING, KNOWING WE CAN'T WISH HER BACK?! IS THAT WHAT YOU WEANT?!" ~Vegeta stomps his foot again, that last comment stinging....he pulls out an ancient map, and throws it unfolded on the table~ Vegeta:"This is a map that has been passed down in my family....earth has been a center for saiyin studies for generations....here are all the ancient races, and here, on Mt. Alecrast, lies the Alecrian civiliztion...." ~he pauses, then literally spits in Khar's face~ "WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR!!!!!" Khar:~calmly~"My absense yesterday was due to study.....I was not there to help Frost....~he pauses~ ....but Im NOT going to let Eve die the same painful way!.....I have some idea of what we are looking for....I have a 'connection' with an old partner of mine, an Alecrian himself, who was almost killed....he said that there is some kind of ancient torch-like instrument, and, when lighted, you burn the wings of the Alecrian, rendering it mortal...but only with this torch, and its magical green fire....no normal fire could do it." Vegeta:"So you propose that we brave an anceint race of WARRIORS to find it?" Khar:"Two choices, find the torch, or Eve dies, no third direction." ~Vegeta looks over the mountain map....brodding...~
