For every death, there is either a birth or a ressurrection. Storm is different, that blade traps a small part of his soul, and you need your complete soul to be ressurrected again." Kurama:"What if you-" Hiei:"Break the blade? Wont work, he is dead for good." Kurama:"Oh..."
