15.00 CET ::: come to the grand place/grote markt in Brussels, and join the other participants. at exactly 15.00 CET you start making hungry noises.
15.01 CET ::: exactly one minute later, begin mumpling about cookies and hunger.
15.02 CET ::: at exactly 15.02 yell "Wij willen koekjes!" in the direction of the city hall. continue to do so for 60 seconds.
15.03 CET ::: stop yelling and return to your daily life acting. Leave the grand place in any direction you like.

this should work for a simple first belgian flash mobbing.
