Mooi artikel. Vergeten we niet dat Thunders' enige bestaansreden zijn decadentie was : men verwachtte niets anders, zoals Eddy Wally steevast het "gelach" betaalt. Ik ben van 70 en kickte als jonge muziekfan op figuren als Thunders, Lemmy, The Dead Boys etc... Er zijn evenwel verschillende categorieën ... Thunders behoort retrospectief helaas tot de "losers", de zielige junk, zij die hun bij vlagen muzikaal talent niet konden losmaken van hun dramatieke way of life (remember Morrisson). Na al die jaren doet Thunders bij mij enkel nog de vraag oprijzen : als zoveel mensen van hem hielden, waarom trok niemand dan de naald uit zijn arm ?
