OK. To the lucky few who are off to Dublin. I know the saying what goes on tour stays on tour, but I expect full details mailed to me about the trip. I definitely want news of the two Cornish men who are tagging on to you. You'll know who I mean. It's getting bloody hot out here. Now where's that camel

- Rome update- flight prices -- Tim, 17:34:55 05/03/02 Fri
Ok,
so searching baou ton the web comes up with £160 return from cardiff and £130 return from Gatwick.
Reasonable (ish) flight times can be had and I was looking at
flying out on the 13th (Thursday)
flying back on 16th (Sunday, day after the game)
So it's possible you can get away with 2 days off work.
Trouble with the Cardiff flight is that it's via Amsterdam and a 9 hour+ journey. Gatwick is direct and a mere 2.5 hour hop. But, of course, you have to get to Gatwick.
Hotel aphrodite is highly recommended as direct cheap accom for the lads. I'll begin looking for some slightly nicer (but still cheap) accom for the couples, looking to get us in the vacinity of the termini station for convenience.

- Italy game is confirmed as 15th Feb in Rome - let's make the plans! -- Tim, 13:37:44 04/18/02 Thu
It means we can go on the Thurs or Friday (13,14) and be there to have Valentines day in Rome. What could be more Romantic?
Chris has already taken a look at the flights and BA will do you a return for £170/person from Gatwick. Will prob be cheaper with Alitalia from Heathrow and perhaps we can find flights from Cardiff?
Accomodation shouldn't be difficult - the hostel type place we stayed at last time was less than £20/night! But fancier places might be required for the Ladies.
Tickets are easy to get for this game and this year it was the only one we won...
So how many we got?
Gareth
Neil
Wattsy (+Sara?)
Anna + Stuart
Kirsty
Richie
Chris (plastic welsh) and Libby
Tim and Ali
Disgustin Justin (?)
Daitwice
Kev
Iestyn
Allowing for one drop out we have 15 man (and woman) side. Beards will definitely be in the line out.

But it was a good day out all the same.
Spent Sunday running 'round Newport road wasting a fortune on cooker, fridge, washing machine for the new gaff.
Getting set for the movon Saturday and the Japanese meal that night.
Ali told me I invited everyone 'round to the flat that night? She must be winding me up - I was never that pissed

Yeah, I know it needs work and the colour scheme may not be the best, but we can tweak it over teh next week or so and get it working for us.
Means we can come here to chat as well as bouncing the e-mails to and fro.
