Pageant begins at 2:00 p.m.
Categories as follows: 2-3 years; 4-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-12 years; 13-17 years; 18-24 years.
Contestants judged in Formal/Pageant Wear
Scoring will be on Personality, Poise, and Overall Impression and will include an stage interview question
Optional Back to School Wear
Off the rack only
Two overall winners, 2-9 years, and 10 and up
Winners receive crown and gift certificate at Richmond Mall
Optional Photogenic
Includes snapshots, amateur, and professional
Judged and ranked on overall impression
