Some groups only allow people who are 16 or older join and fight. What age does your group allow to join and fight? I think that if you are mature enough and get your parents to sign a waiver then you should be allowed to fight. I am a member of a small group that uses boffer weapons and I am 13. I regularly beat people who are much older than me because I am dedicated and practice often! If a decision goes against me I accept it but some of the older fighters freak out, so my point is I think age should not be the deciding factor in a boffer fighting group. What do you think?
