From what i know, she has finished writing all of them. These rumors about writers block was just un excuse for not releasing the 5th book before last summer. It's a marketing scheme. She wanted to build the anticipation so high that sales would explode the day of release. Which it did. The 5th book did not end so ambiguously that the anticipation is torturous, so i doubt she will make us wait any longer then another year from now. i hope so anyway.
