Subject: Omg, i have hair to my ankles and i am playing soccer this year!?

i cant cut it b/c of religion. it is foribbiden for women to cut their hair. but im playing soccer this year. what should i do with my hair when playing??? im nervous b/c i have no clue how to put it in a bun at this extreme length. please help. thank you so much for your help!!
