Subject: I am a junior in highschool and i never had a haircut in my life?

i am a 17 year old female and never had a haircut in my life. if is 1 inch off the floor. i mean it isnt ratty or anything. i cant cut my hair because we dont cut hair in our church. so i cant cut it anytime soon, not until im an adult. my question is, how can i keep it off the ground and help me with this. i cant do buns because of the length, is there some special bun for my length hair? i wish i could cut it but i cant for atleast 5 years. so please dont say cut it cuz i cant. just help me with my problem. thank you so much
