well we all want one dont we, with what i've been doing i've gone up to a bigger size and my jeans fit perfectly now. but ask youself this first why do you want one? to look good for men. come on if they dont like your ass why bother, i did it for my job and so my pants whould look nice, and of course im not gonna lie for the men also. just eat helthy of cousre but throw some popcorn and junk in. get junk in the trunk then work it off as muscle your ass will be firm and even bigger, of course you can just work out but that will just get it tighter you have to get some food in there first.
