The answer is quite simple. If you ever noticed that the small black chicks with ass have a strong muscular lower back and mid back? Thats the key. You must increase the muscle mass in your lower back and in your butt by doing power training. When saying power training i mean train for muscle growth and strength. Yes that means training heavy as a man trains. Do deadlifts. Dead lifts are so good for bulking up your lower back, butt,and hams. You can also do lounges. This works butt, hams, and thighs. When you do this make sure you do low reps of 4 with real real heavy weight. Burn out with high reps of low weight after each set of 4. Dont take breaks between heavy sets and burnouts. The burnouts and heavy set should be considered one whole set. Make sure to increase the weight every 3 workouts to make growth progress. Your butt should change shape and size after 2 months of hard training. Try running also babe for an over all good look. You propably don't need injections and all that shit.
