go to craigslist.com and go under virginia, then click on books. search for damita collier "a bigger booty" i bought that book, its actually a ebook, a book that opens online, it only cost $10.00 but the original website "abiggerbooty.com" is charging $30.00, it shows the exercises and meals to eat so that your butt will grow, she even has pictures of herself before and after she started doing this. it helped me, and im an asian... which means no butt, but i got it now! good luck to you, its really nothing after you get use to the exercise routines. have fun
