there's an exercise that's called Bench Step One-Legged Squats. it really works. you need a solid chair or bench & something solid to hold onto in front of you.. like a pole or door frame. now stand on the chair [bench] & hold on to the pole. stand on one leg [start with your left] & let the other leg dangle. using the pole [or door frame], lower your body & count to 2 & then get back up [focus on pushing off of your heal]. do as many as you can [on the one side] & switch to the other leg. make sure to increase the number you do, otherwise you won't make any progress. good luck [:
