That ra thi phan go trong phan post new message van hoat dong binh thuong, nhung do su thieu thong nhat giua cac bo ma Unicode (2-3 bo ma chuan). Dieu nay thi Webmaster cung chiu thua. Tot nhat la cac ban nen chuyen doi qua lai giua View > Encoding > Western European va View > Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8) neu khong doc duoc Unicode.
