I bought some meatballs earlier in the week (99p, speical offer at Safeway!). Me and my lady had the majority of them for our dinner, along with some mashed potato, peas and gravy, very tasty.

However I have saved some meatballs, and am planning to make a sandwhich with them on saturday. I was inspired by Joeys sandwich after watching an episode of Friends the other day.

At the minute, I plan to put in it;

- Meatballs
- Melted cheese
- Salami/Bacon/Ham
- Mushrooms
- Onion

These ingredients are still subject to change.

Accompanying this King Of Sandwiches, will be either Heinz Cream of Chicken soup, or Batchelors Super Noodles (Bacon Flavour).

I will, of course give you a full report on how this sandwich tasted, early next week.
