if you search on google everyone, you will find that spiral bound have been voted the best acoustic band, mixing celtic and country. if you ask me we have totally lost control of our own music and fans!!!!!!!!

tonight i have been listening to;
Radiohead-Kid A
The Beatles-rubber soul
The Music-Take the long road and walk it
The Smiths-Best of

tonight i have been eating;
Chicken nuggets, beans, potato stuff, 2 slices of bread, half a bar of white chocolate, and some orange juice.
