Her face was filled with the wisdom that surpassed her years, glanced at her watch hastily hoping that Angela would get here soon, hopefully with Brock. They were the only ones who hadn't left her, hadn't hurt her. That was, at least not yet. And where were the other slayers? Didn't they care that the world could be brought to an end? With that hurtful thought in mind, she shouldered the bag more closely, covering the ghastly cut that Azrael had so graciously given her.
