 age difference is all-consumingly important. I'd say just flirt with him more (i.e. give him compliments and just generally flirt), flaunt your body (actually only do that if you're hot. i don't know anymore. i don't really remember what you look like actually. Then drop hints and make suggestive statements until he's pretty sure you like him. then just casually bring it up in a conversation like "uuugh. I wish I could find a guy like you. What kind of girl do you like?"
Not all males are the same, but thats what i'd do i i was trying to get me (oh baby i'm so hot)heehee.
You know not everyone who follows rules is a horrible person. You're always talking about how people should be judged on who they are not what they stand for or who they hang out with. maybe you should follow example yourself. riff tuff
