7-2-3There were three games played yesterday morning in World Cup Soccer.
Russia played Tunisia. (Russia) In the first half, no one scored leaving the score at 0-0. Early in the second half, Russia scored two goals. Thats how it ended. Final score: 2-0 Russia.
USA played Portugal. (Portugal) In the first five minutes of the game, USA scored to go on to an early lead. They then scored twice thirty minutes lated to go up 3-0. But late in the first half Portugal scored to wend the first half at 3-1. Halfway through the second half, Portugal scored, and looked to be making a comeback. But that never happened, and the game was over. Final score: 3-2 USA.
Germany played Ireland. In the first half, Germany scored to make it 1-0. But in the final minutes of the second half, Ireland scored to tie it up. Final score: 1-1.
Now my favored teams record is at 9 wins, 2 losses, and 4 ties.
