Subject: just finished watching SDEP2 and my feelings on it

just finished watching all 40 eps of sdep2 and was slightly disappointed. The new guy who plays the king is a chubby blockhead with a big nose and had didn't play his part well at all. In no way can he compare to Vincent Jiao. And as always, Qian Qian was great (how can you not love her?). The only parts I found in the series that were really intense was the near the end when Qian Qian and the King reinforced the fact that, they love each other more than anything else in the world and when Qian Qian's mother died.
Most of the conflicts in this series were stupid and in my oppinion, throwing in Ah Che screwed up the plot. The fact that the king slept with another woman before Qian Qian totally ruined it for me. His first time should of been with Qian Qian and it is supposed to be something special. On top of that, the bloodline with the original king is broken. If Qian Qian and the King had a son to be king, the bloodline would of followed as Qian Qian was a direct descendant of the old king. Now the new king is going to be the son of an adopted King and a handmaiden. Overall I can't help but still like the show due to the fact that its Zhang Ting and her lovable character, Qian Qian. I am tired of the way the endings go though. In part one and part 2 the ending leaves you hanging. Part 2 left a good amount of loose ends and they still haven't shown Qian Qian and the king marrying and living happily after yet. It seems likely that there is going to be a part three coming out soon, but I personally think that is a dumb idea and that they should of ended it by adding a few more eps in part 2. QQ and the king have already proven their love for each other twice through life threatening situations and another series that would have them split up again would just seem illogical. They are ruining a good series, but the funny thing is, I would probably keep watching until the series finally ends...
