Subject: Well, this just sucks!

Word out of Japan yesturday that Popular Star (and one of my favs) Hayabusa:



Was severly injured in a match. He was going for a moonsault off of the middle rope and landed right on his neck. Early word is that he is paralyzed from the neck down, but today has regained some movement (God willing it's only a stinger) He is concious and his family said that he's been a good spirits.

For those of you who don't know about him, Hayabusa is a aerial superstar who is like watching the Matt Hardy in Genie pants and a mask. Though he looks similer, he is in no way a Sabu ripoff. Over the years he's been tag partner with Jinsei (Hakushi) Shinsaki and the pair one many titles. The'r one and only American PPV appearence came when the pair wrestled Sabu and RVD on an ECW ppv a few years back, and coming from someone who saw the match, it was incredible. And for those of you who have played "WCW v/s NWO World tour" He was the model for the Hannibal character (Most if not all the "other" characters in that game were based off real Japanese or Mexican Wrestlers)
