In all seriousness, i have that same problem. I think its something to do with Microsoft not wanting u to use Netscape. Just my lil conspiracy theory. When i first got this new comp, i don't have this problem (the old one has the problem). But now i heard my brother, who's using Netscape is facing the crashing problem.

Hmm.. probably try defragting the HD? I think it at least helps for awhile last time...
