I got the 'maximum carnage' three-pack that came with the neat-o Carnage, biting Venom, and web-shooter Spidey figures. Didn't like Spidey because he was lame, retooled it, badly, into Carnage. Took the now headless Carnage and gave him a repainted Conduit head off the superman villian. Still have both figs somewhere, just found Baraka and his head. I think I kept carnage...

I also gave him a bunch of wire tendrils and a big symbiote chainsaw, a toxic crusaders accessory which I attached to his arm via string and glue: once painted up, it actually looked neat, like he had a bunch of tiny tendrils holding this chainsaw to his arm: repainted the whole thing red and black.
