Hmm, I can't say for sure, but it may be that sometimes it reads the file from your internet cache folder. If the folder saysto the browser "hey, you don't have to load it from MSN, just reuse a previous version from here" then you'd get a pic even if it isn't there. And the opposite can happen too. Depends how your computer remembers things.

Best way to tell is to flush the cache and then reload the page from scratch.
