these few words were nestled in among the rest of the release dates in the new issue of In Focus, the nato(national association of theatre owners) magazine we get at my movie theatre job.

for those unfamiliar with the lingo, ltd means limited and bv means beuna vista.

meaning disney. meaning this is miyazaki's spirited away. limited release on the 20th of september. this means more than just new york and la cause those are listed as ny/la...

does anyone have more information? did I miss some big announcement? has this been common knowledge and I just missed it somehow, just like I never knew in advance about school holidays back in high school? (how everybody else knew and I didn't I never understood: were their memories really good, or did they all have some schedule that they consulted rabidly?)
