Subject: Wrestling Great Lou Thesz has passed away

He passed away today while recovering from a triple bypass earlier this month.

For those who don't know, Thesz is an Icon in Wrestling History. He first started wrestling back in the early 1930's back when wrestling was still in the inbetween period of Works and Shoots. He won his first World Title in 1937 and is concidered the last real Unified World Heavyweight Champion (Unifying 4 different belts into one). He held the National Wrestling Alliance/Association (NWA) title 6 times between 1939 to 1963. An amazing feet concidering title reigns back then lasted for YEARS. His last Title win being the Incident that formed the Modern day WWF. He competed regularly untill the late 70's and wrestled his last match against his student Masa Chono, in 1990, 58 years after his debut! He was always known as a legitament wrestler in a sport of performers.

In the Pro Wrestling Universe, he was a god.
