I don't have a PhD in Yaoi, but from my understanding of stuff i've read in articles, yaoi does have a bunch of female fans. I don't mean like every girl in japans a yaoi-oholic, but of the cross section that do buy it to begin with allot of them are girls. But this is for the uh more softer stuff i'm guessing.
