Just about any recent Rock figure should be pretty good. They've been making some without the "AAAAAAHHHHGGGHH!!! I caught myself in my zipper!" facial expressions lately. Jakks has FINALLY started putting out some decent figures, with the most recent ones being pretty good (the R3 figures, with more accurate non-generic bodies). Although keep in mind, even better ones will probably be on the way.
