Sarah's always dressed like that in promo art. Like I said, it's the "Harlem of the Fanboy" thing.

And who says Motoko is boring??? She's probably second place in getting stripped in the series, losing only to Naru. every other issue has her dojo outfit coming down, or keitarou walks in on her while she's tieing up her breasts, or she tries to dress cute and flashes her undies. Motoko is muy chilli cha cha.
