I only open any graphic files. anything with exe gets double time scanned first, and any strange messages and attachments that don't seem to fit with the sender I trash.

i've got this pretty good anti-virus program called inoculate IT. They've stopped distributing the program itself (But I can send it to anyone who wants it) but they provide regular downloadable updates. It's been working so far. snagged a lot of virus files as they were coming in through e-mail, including the one you guys were hit by, which I had gotten from someone else. Doesn't always repair te file, but at least it warns you that it's infected.

I've got some relatively harmless viruses locked away too, just for kicks. anyone want to send some to Ol' Brian? :-)
